The stuff is so nice, they are ready to give advice about what to do in the city and about transportation, too. The location of the hotel is perfect as well: it’s only a 15-minute walk away from the city centre and it has a bus stop and a metro stop close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing I don’t really approve about the hotel is their policy on asking clients for money in order to keep their luggages at check out (20€ for a big luggage, 10€ for a medium luggage and 5€ for a backpack). Consider how much you already pay for the hotel, this is really unnecessary, but other than that everything was perfect. I would surely recommend it.

The hotel was very good, very clean, modern, in a fairly good location, 10 minutes walk from the metro, the staff was excellent, smiling and polite, but the room was quite small, especially the bathroom, which was extremely small. For example, a large man (like my friend Babis) would have a very hard time moving around in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with very good quality ingredients, not a lot of variety but excellent, otherwise we had a very good stay

It's a very new hotel designed with taste. Rooms are not huge and exactly the right size. It is not centrally located, however, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there. For me it is a plus because you can avoid touristic stuff. There is also a direct bus from the airport, which is amazing!

The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the city center but in a quiet place. Breakfast offers many tasty and healthy options. The room is comfortable and clean, with good quality sheets as well as bath towels. The staff is very polite and friendly.

We recently stayed at Next Level Premium Hotels in Lisbon for three days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Each morning, We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, situated close to many key attractions and convenient public transport options. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and We would highly recommend Next Level Premium Hotels to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Breakfast is just perfect, lots of options on everything. It starts at 7:30 and goes until 11:00. Great location!

Only dislike was that one of the days we left at around 10 am, housekeeping knocked on our door at around 930, we said we were still there, and they never came back, the room was not done that day.

The staff was fantastic. Professional, friendly, and eager to help. I had an issue with the location of my room (I prefer open windows and cigarette smoke was coming into the room from a neighboring apartment building) and the staff was quickly able to relocate me to a room on the other side of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious with a diversity of hot and cold options. Good sound baffling for a quiet stay.
